Job Description: We are looking for a vigilant and responsible School Lifeguard to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of all students and staff in the school's aquatic facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor activities at the pool to prevent accidents.

• Enforce rules and regulations in a professional manner.

• Respond quickly to emergency situations and provide appropriate rescue techniques and first aid.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in and around the pool area.

• Inspect facilities regularly and report any maintenance needs.

• Assist with swim lessons and other aquatic programs as needed.

• Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and parents.

Qualifications:

• Current lifeguard certification (Red Cross, YMCA, etc.).

• CPR and First Aid certification.

• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.

• Ability to remain calm and act effectively in emergency situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working with children and adolescents is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time 

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift

• Day shift

• Evening shift

• Monday to Friday

• Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus opportunities
